Membership Memberships in the George Washington
Chapter are channeled through the national parent organization, ITEA.
Once registrered, members are assigned to one of 29 regional chapters
according to their geographic location. GW-ITEA's region is the Washington
Metropolitan Area.
Individual Membership
ITEA offers persons currently working or planning to work in test and
evaluation in the industrial, government or academic sectors, the opportunity
to exchange ideas with professionals having similar interests. An ITEA
membership is an excellent way to broaden one's knowledge of test and
evaluation, keep abreast of state-of-the-art technology, increase one's
awareness of emerging trends, and expand professional contacts.
A not-for-profit association, ITEA is funded by modest returns from
educational workshops and symposia, advertising revenue, and individual
and corporate membership dues. Individual membership includes a one-year
subscription to The ITEA Journal of Test and Evaluation and discounted
fees at ITEA-sponsored workshops and symposia.
To become an individual member, please download, complete and mail-in
a registration
form.
Corporate Membership
Corporate membership entitles a company to three individual memberships.
Corporate members receive discounted rates for Journal advertising and
symposia/workshop exhibits. Each issue of the Journal features a corporate
news section to publicize corporate member activities. A directory of
corporate members and their capabilities is published annually.
